Job Description: The Associate Attorney will be primarily responsible for preparing contracts and other legal documents; ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, providing general legal advice to field offices; assisting in the attention and investigation of all matters assigned to the Legal Department. Must be able to conduct legal research in various databases, analyze legal documents and draft responses. He/She will be responsible for the management of legal records. This position reports to the Vice President Legal and Corporate Affairs, US & Canada. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1.A J.D degree from an ABA accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in any state will be preferable. If not yet admitted to a state bar, law school grades ranking in the highest twentieth percentile.
