This position has responsibility for all legal matters of the company, reporting directly to the CEO. This person will review, analyze and prepare all contracts, documentation and compliance matters relating to the company’s business, as well as manage the legal staff and select, retain and manage outside counsel as applicable. Must possess a law degree and be admitted to practice in Illinois, with a minimum of 10 years experience in a legal role, either with a law firm or as in-house counsel.
