Job Description: This position reports to the President and has responsibility for all legal and business matters of the company, including contract development and negotiations, corporate regulatory compliance, collections procedures and litigation where necessary. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, review, analysis and negotiation of legal and related documents, as well as acting in an advisory role on other general legal matters as they relate to the company’s business. The individual will also be responsible for identifying, hiring and managing outside counsel where necessary, as well as development and maintenance of in-house procedures and policy.
