Job Title:Sales/Marketing Specialist
Company:Bankruptcy Force, LLC
Location: Delray Beach, FL

Job Description:

We’re looking for a person to help sell our legal automation software and BPO services to consumer debt lawyers: bankruptcy and foreclosure defense attorneys. Our clients are attorneys, typically in small firms, who work solely for debtors. We do not work with non-attorneys, lawyers who represent creditors, nor those who represent both creditors and debtors: we only focus on consumer debt lawyers.

A passion for the subject matter, as well as an understanding facing the challenges of a small-firm attorney who is overwhelmed, is vital. This is a non-legal job in the legal field so conflicts shouldn’t matter though we would expect any major potential conflicts — especially work on behalf of consumer credit issuers — disclosed because of the nature of our product. Similarly, licensing is not necessary though if you are licensed, or were licensed at some point, we would expect no disciplinary history.

This job involves sales and is therefore non-adversarial in nature. Light travel is likely required: visiting trade shows, meetings, and symposiums to network is probably important, but the overwhelming majority of work is by phone and email. Offering legal advice is neither required nor expected: even if your license is current we are not a law firm and must defer to our clients to give legal advice to their clients.

Pay is commission-based but should ramp up to $100K/year within three months. Compensation will likely never exceed $250K; the client-load (again, law firms, though they do require a certain amount of ongoing contact) would become unmanageable. We are based in Delray Beach, Florida, and would prefer somebody working at our office, though we may consider remote work from an exceptional candidate.
