Position: Lead Counsel

Job Description: Looking for an attorney to exclusively handle all legal matters relating to 3 separate corporations. This will include providing legal counsel on issues arising from actual or anticipated lawsuits, intellectual property issues, anticipate and guard against legal risks facing the corporations, conduct research into a variety of legal issues, represent the corporations in various legal proceedings, prepare legal pleadings, motions, discovery, stipulations, etc. and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 3-10 years experience in multiple aspects of corporate law and intellectual property.

Salary: Negotiable
