Job Description:

The Company is a publicly traded company, trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). We are are a global leader in the production and distribution of widgets.

We are currently seeking a dynamic business minded lawyer to join our team.

Reporting directly to the President, you will be responsible for all corporate, securities and employment matters, working closely with outside counsel and ensuring compliance with relevant securities laws and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5-8 years of securities and corporate law experience gained with a leading law firm or corporation;

- Membership in the Law Society of Upper Canada

- The ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
